Tall Ships Sail to Savannah

Up to 15 tall ships will dock in Savannah May 3-7, 2012, as part of the “Tall Ships Challenge 2012, Atlantic Coast” race; the schedule calls for this fantastic race to start in Jacksonville, Fla., in late April, come to Savannah, GA., then move on to Charleston, SC.

The ships will dock on BOTH the downtown side of the river and on the Hutchinson Island side. It is so rare that an event takes place on BOTH sides!
