Winter Recipe

Try making these Southern Snowballs during your Holiday Gatherings this Season!

All you'll need:

3/4 c. softened butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Lots of Powdered Sugar

Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy, add in egg, milk, vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in separate bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Shape into 1 inch balls by hand, place 1 inch away from each other on un-greased baking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes or until tops crack a bit. Allow to cool completely, then roll them all in a bowl filled with the powdered sugar. ENJOY!
